Formal Complaints Process

Who can make a formal complaint?

Any person who has a legitimate interest in the school, and who has exhausted the informal complaints process, may make a formal complaint. Where a person is not able to make a complaint himself or herself, a friend or other family member may do so on their behalf, but that person does not become the complainant. Complaints from legal representatives will not be accepted.

Formal Complaints Process

Our formal complaints process is detailed in the document below.

Formal Complaint Forms

Please find below the forms required to initiate the formal complaints process, or to pursue a complains review if you are unhappy with the resolution.
